Spine Surgery

Dr. Gottlieb, or simply Jamie as most of his patients come to know him, is not your typical doctor. His daily attire of scrubs and cowboy boots is the first indication of his demeanor to most people. You will not find suits and ties in this office. You won’t hear doctor Gottlieb talk in medical jargon when going over your concerns or diagnosis. He speaks in simple straightforward language and will develop an easy to understand plan of care to address your individual needs.
Nonoperative conservative care is the first step and often all that is required to improve your quality of life.
If surgery is needed, Jamie is well versed in traditional, minimally invasive and motion preservation techniques. His education and surgical training place him at the forefront of emerging techniques. He has continued passion of R&D work through his research with various companies to pioneer new and innovative procedures and technologies. He also finds time to train other surgeons on these new techniques.
Jamie treats each patient as an individual and will tailor the treatment based on their problem with the focus on improving their quality of life. He truly believes no two patients are exactly alike and will customize treatment accordingly.
Jamie is accepting new patients and is happy to evaluate second opinions. He does complex revision surgery and revisions of failed back surgery as well. If you are looking for a change of pace from your typical doctor’s office, this is the place for you.
